Passport to Richmond
… an event to remember!
Attendees of the Jack and Jill of America Mid-Atlantic Regional Mothers Conference were invited to choose their own adventure at the storied Dover Hall estate in Richmond, Virginia. Event organizers planned a variety of unique experiences throughout the castle and grounds—live music, small-plate and dessert stations, cocktail and mocktail bars, wine and bourbon tastings, a cigar sampling, an art exhibit, a book signing and more.
Because the estate is so large and the experiences were so varied, guests needed a guide to help them navigate their journey throughout the evening. We designed a handheld piece to mimic the look and feel of a passport, and serve as a tool to help them identify where they would like to go next.

The cover design captured the elegant style of the castle’s interior, while a series of bright, tantalizing photos offered a preview of the evening’s adventures. We provided some history about the estate as well, to familiarize guests and encourage them to learn more about this amazing landmark.

The response to the Passport to Richmond was outstanding: It helped ensure attendees had the opportunity to explore every experience they were interested in, and it served as a lasting memento of an extraordinary evening!
